Jitsi or BigBlueButton are great alternatives to Zoom, Cisco WebEx, and Google Meet. If you want to host your own video conference and virtual meeting tool, one of these services is a recommended tool.
One of the main reasons is that either Zoom or Cisco WebEx is difficult to integrate inside your app, and all of them only allow 1:1 video meetings at a time. If you have a consultation app that might host more than 1:1 virtual meetings at a time, hosting your own video meeting solution with Jitsi or BigBlueButton is a great choice.

Note: clean means no other application runs on this server that is bound to port 80/443
